Reimbursement Rules:

• Submission into the reimbursement app is the only authorized source of alliance reimbursement.
• 这个补损APP入口是联盟补损唯一授权的地方。
• For strategic reimbursement, a jabber broadcast of the fleet is required. Not the fleet MOTD. Not an aD link. Not some essay you type to me. You can add additional clarifying information, but a jabber broadcast is the minimum.

• Goonswarm Federation losses are the only authorized losses. If the ship is not in Goonswarm Federation, you will not be reimbursed through this app.

• Lossmails over 30 days old will be denied.
• 超过30天的补损申请将被拒绝。
• Please wait at least 7 days before contacting a member of the reimbursement team about your claim.

• if you have an issue with how your claim was handled, talk to the person who handled your claim first. Posting in this thread about it or jumping the chain directly to me without discussing it with the person who handled your claim will not generally be decided in your favor.

• Excess abuse, gross incompetence, or other fuckery can result in you being placed under a reimbursement ban. • There are not currently any module bonuses active. All faction modules costs are baked into reimbursement payout and should be considered required where listed on the doctrine page.

• If you have not been on mumble and jabber within 5 days of the date on the lossmail, your claim will be denied.This applies to all reimbursement. This should have minimal impact on Strategic fleets, as you were on jabber to get the ping and on mumble during the fleet. This should mainly impact the anti-social too cool for school shitheels that just mooch off reimbursement without contributing to the community. Fuck those guys. One question that came up - what if you are deaf? The state of being deaf does not prohibit one from logging into mumble, whether or not you can hear anything.  This is enforced intermittently depending on if Manager is shitting itself or not (Thanks Bittey).

Goonswarm Federation Reimbursement Program

Goonswarm Federation has a two-tier reimbursement program with the following names and approximate funding levels:

BE IN GOONSWARM FEDERATION.  This program is not open to Imperium members. It's not open to your neutral alts. It's not open to alts in other blue alliances.  If you lose a ship, that pilot better be in this alliance.  If you shit up my app with your bullshit while not in GSF, I will ban you from the app. Typically for 10 years. It's going to be really fucking awkward if you later find yourself in Goonswarm Federation and are unable to request SRP because you went on a shitposting spree while in LAWN.

Strategic Reimbursement Rules

• When you submit your loss, be sure to provide a link to your loss using your ESI External Kill Link. Include the jabber broadcast for the fleet. Failure to include a jabber broadcast or link to AAR forum post can result in your request being denied. These are not optional so don't make a request before you have these items.

• The ship must have been lost during a fleet fight or during a convoy to the fight. Losses while you were traveling solo to or from a fight are not covered. If you make an honest attempt to group up with some other friendlies, that's good enough for us. This rule is to prevent a small gate camp from killing dozens of ships before, during, and after a fleet fight.

Mid-Grade Amulet Replacement

This program is designed to enhance the survivability of our armor-tanked capital ships and battleships, including Carriers, Dreadnoughts, Force Auxiliary, Tempest Fleet Issues, and Leshak vessels by using Mid-Grade Amulets.

Mid-Grade Amulets: Eligibility

• Loss of a pod on a strategic operation or on the response of a beehive fleet (jabber ping required).

Shit Stack

This payout tier of reimbursement aims to provide individual pilots and various pubbie dipshit think-for-themselfers a creative channel to fail hilariously while the rest of the alliance points and laughs. By only paying out 50-75% of the after insurance cost, the intent is make sure participants have some "skin in the game" so they aren't pissing away the alliance isk at zero cost to themselves. There are neither jabber broadcasts, fleet commander requirements, nor are there any required fits. However, objectively terrible fits* (as determined by the reimbursement team) can and will still be denied.

此项支付等级意在给个人驾驶员和各种奇怪的人一个可以以各种有创意的滑稽方式损船的渠道，这样联盟成员可以嘲笑他们。此支付目标为50-75%的保险后吉他卖价，目的是让参与者也要承担一部分开销，以免他们胡乱适用联盟的钱。此项目不需要jabber ping，舰队指挥官，或任何配置要求。但是，客观来说极其糟糕的配置（由补损团队认定）会被拒绝补损。

Breaking the Rules

If you attempt to defraud the system and are caught, someone will strip your roles, kick you from the corp, kick your alts, and kick your sponsor(ees). If you're in a member corp then they will do the same or we'll kick them. If a reimbursement request is denied, do not try to submit it again! Both actions count as goonfucking and can result in reimbursement bans or expulsion from the alliance.

Do not submit losses if you are not in Goonswarm Federation and/or the lossmail was not in Goonswarm Federation.  Do not submit mindlink pods or empty pods or any capsules other than mid-grade amulets as specified above.

Repeatedly shitting up my app with ships/capsules that are not reimbursable with result in me putting you on a 14 day ban from the application for wasting peoples' time. If you continue on your path of not learning, the ban will get longer. It is on you to understand what is reimbursable and when, it is not on us to wade through a massive pile of shit that you "hope" will get paid. Know the rules.

• Submit your loss to the Affordable Care App (your login is your ESA account (forum username, jabber password), dumbass), following the relevant rules for the reimbursement tier of your loss, receive ISK, then go buy a new ship.

Q: How do I submit a loss using ESI?

A: Go to your Character Sheet > Interactions > Combat Log.  Right click the loss you want to submit for reimbursement, and select "Copy External Kill Link". If these instructions are too difficult for you to master, go to zkillboard, look up your loss, and choose Export > ESI Link and paste that into the reimbursement app.

In the application, choose "Submit Loss" and paste that link into the ESI Link textbox.

Remember to paste your jabber broadcast if applicable. Broadcasts are not optional and "jabber crashes" or "lost the broadcast" are not acceptable answers. Enable logging in your favorite jabber application and you should always have broadcasts available to you. Forgetting a broadcast will likely result in your payout being denied.

If you don't get anything back or your browser gives you an error, there's a problem with ESI. If ESI is down my app cannot function. So just wait until ESI is back up and don't bother me about it or I'm likely to rip your head off because CCP problems are not my problems.

Q: I can't log into the reimbursement app, it says I'm using the wrong username and password, how fix?

A: The affordable care app uses ESA to authenticate. This is different (or should be) from your forum username and password. The exact username/password combination for ACA is your forum username + your ESA/jabber password. If you are 100% certain that you are putting the same shit into the app as you put into jabber and it's still not working, then reset your ESA password. Don't put special characters in your password. If it's still not working, you have ignored something in the previous sentences and I'm going to be fucking pissed off at you. Fix your shit. If you cannot fix your shit, suffer in silence because I swear to fucking god this is you being an idiot, there is nothing wrong with the app.

问：我无法登录补损APP，它说我用了错误的用户名和密码，我该怎么办？

A: I have nothing to do with capital or supercapital reimbursement. You need to direct those questions to TheKman, The Bernie and/or Heck Heckington.The reason for this is because subcapitals reimbursement is very black and white - did you include ping. Did you fit ship correctly. Collect isk. There's a lot more grey area around capital reimbursement including specific op circumstances, specific pilot actions, the approximately 11 billion modules required in the cargohold, and whether reimbursement is partial, full, or hull replacement. I despise overly complex bullshit, so other people do it. Go bother them.

Q: Do implants and drugs get SRP?

A: Short answer, no.  Alliance SRP does not calculate implants or any boosters that are unable to be created in game in reimbursement calculations. What that means is I will include things like drop and mindflood because those can be supplied in game. I will not include things like Agency 'Overclocker' because those can only be generated via CCP events and are therefore susceptible to extreme market fuckery.

如何使用联盟的战损补贴系统

大家都知道我们联盟是有战损补贴系统（SRP）的， 下面我来介绍一下这个系统简单的用法。

• 首先进入https://affordablecare.goonfleet.com/home

• 在右上角用注册论坛的游戏ID和论坛ESA/Jabber密码登陆(用户名注意不是电子邮件是游戏ID比如silvitni)

• 只要是按照联盟配置的船，能够补助的钱都可以在上方的View Payout查看
• 这个是点进去之后的画面

• 需要申请战损的话点开上方Submit Loss

• 会出现这样的画面

• 打开游戏内kb并点击右上角3个点。

• 点击Copy External Kill Link，得到第四部图片内需要的ESI Link

• 复制你当时所在的ping，做法很多种，但是最好把发布时间也复制进去，可以去Jabber直接复制，集结群也行。
• 一个完整ping的例子：
